My dh lovingly bought me some lavender 'hot sox' which you put in microwave to warm up and look a tad like old granny slippers and help aching feet and they are obviously aromatherapy, says on the back to consult a doc if pg. Are these ok? I remember reading you shouldnt use lavender oil in pg but it wont be going in my skin or digesting it...

thought anyone?

I should think from the lavender point of view they are fine, but please take care with them - my mum had a similar heat-in-the-microwave lavender pack to use on an aching back etc and she ended up with quite a bad burn on her back, they can get very hot!

it says on the pack to let them cool to room temperature but shall bear it in mind!
