Back pain... HELP MEEEEEEEEEEE x

I've had bad back pain for weeks now - i'm currently off work sick with it, I'm 31 weeks pregnant and so can't take anything really - my dr assured me it's cause baby is resting on a nerve but it's getting more and more uncomfortable. It's sorta on my left hand side on my kidney area (i've had tests on my kidneys and everything was fine) is there anything else it could be?

right hand side - baby brain!! (how embarrassing!)

Try seeing a physio - I did and she was great. Told me to ice the area, lie down to rest the area and get a support belt. She wore one during hers, so i figured they must help. She also recommended yoga, as opposed to swimming.
