6 days late but a negative test?

I'm now 6 days late with no signs of my period. However, I have done 2 tests 3 days apart and both have been negative. Any ideas/advice?

I have just been through this! was very late and then got my period late yesterday evening. Have no idea why unless my fertility monitor was wrong about my ovulation.

Have you taken any different medication/vitamins this month, or been away or stressed? Or have you recently come off the pill?

Some people don't get the build up of HCG levels until they are quite far gone or perhaps because they ovulated later than they thought?

I know how you must be feeling, it's a right pain in the bum. Hope you get an answer soon.

Not taken any medication or anything unusual, and not really been stressed. At least I've been more stressed than I have been in the last month!
It's very annoying.
