OOh also is anyone selling a 55cm gym birthing ball , worth a try :) before i hit the shops - recommendations?

Hi

Sorrynot selling a ball. Argos, JJB, Tesco all sell them I got mine from JJB and it cost 4.99 with pump. They are all similar prices. Make sure when it is inflated your hips are level or higher than you knees. Also get an anti-burst ball.
