I was fine until I sat down at 6:30pm yesterday and then it was like I'd been hit by sleeping sickness! What on earth is going on??

I'm only 35 weeks but yesterday I slept til gone 11 (!!!! haven't done that since I was a student) then til gone 10 this AM AND had to have a nap between 5.30 and 6.30 this evening.

Still looking forward to sleeping tonight!

go with it and ENJOY ENJOY ENJOY

I had shocking insomnia when pg and now have the incredible non sleeping baby. Am now pg again and wake up even if the baby doesn't.

On a more serious note, are your iron levels ok?

Thankyouandgoodnight · 06/07/2008 21:04

I've only managed it because it's the weekend and DH had a lie in on saturday! We have an 18 month old.......a very busy one. I slept most of yesterday evening and then until 9am and then from 12-3 today!

Iron should be ok as have been taking Spatone and gums etc don't look pale.

lol at how we all assumed it was your first pregnancy - hope you don't feel too tired from now on. Perhaps you could check with your midwife?

springerspaniel · 06/07/2008 21:15

Am 39 weeks plus 5. Have spent almost entire weekend in bed, not sleeping, just daydreaming (and occasionally vomitting through indigestion.)

Poor, lovely neglected DH has had a right boys weekend with poor, lovely neglected DS (age 3.) They made hot chocolate on the camping stove in the garage earlier. DS and DH in their element!
