how many raspberry tablets shud i b on?

i started yesterday, going to be 39 weeks on wednesday...
so i am on one tablet, when do i increase it, and how many by?

My MW advised a min of 3 a day a max of 6.

I aim for 4 a day but usuaully only manage 3.

I took them with my DD too & did the same, I didn't start of with 1 & increase, I just started on 3 a day as that's what the MW advised me.

it completely depends on what brand you are taking, and what strength they are.
for example, Natures Aid and BioHealth are both 2 tablets per day.
