Is this normal?

Hi, I'm 8 weeks today and this weekend have been feeling really rough (TMI warning ....) very bloated, stomach churning and diarrhoea. Have been feeling sick on and off for a while but nothign like this. Is this just par for the course or more likely to be a bug/food poisoning? And if either of the latter, could it harm the baby? I'm probably being neurotic but can't help worrying.

Could be a Urinary Tract Infection. I had one at 8 (and 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13) weeks, similar symptoms. Hospital gave me antibiotics OK for early pregnancy. It went on for ages because I kept throwing the tablets up (but I was throwing everything up). If it is UTI , it needs treating as can lead to pg complications. Can't remember what they are though, but bad.

i have been bloated since 8 wks and tummy hurting, feeling sick.
could you see a midwife to get some reasurranced
