i been having

RASBEERY LEAVES 400mg from holland and barrats

good n natural select herbal stuff...

i jus realised it doesnt say RASBERRY TEA LEAF

have i been taking the wrong stuff?

Hope not I've been taking it as well this pregnancy and the last two pregnancies, I hate the tea.

No it is the same stuff you can open the capsules and make tea with it as well
