towels, hot water?
the other thing i remember was his turning his head from side to side in my pelvis
that was great, that
started doing it as i was walking down the street, so i had to stop and lean against a wall, breathing heavily for a couple of minutes
i opened my eyes to see a very concerned-looking nigerian traffic warden watching me discreetly from behind a van....poor guy

FrannyandZooey · 04/07/2008 22:24

LTH I was FOUR WEEKS PG when I found out and blurted it out on here
I have been pregnant FOREVER AND EVER

OP posts:
FrannyandZooey · 04/07/2008 22:25

oh yes that sounds possible
maybe it's the head turning
that sounds about the right level of excrutiating really uncomfortable grinding

nah....i'd had an epidural, and the obstetrician pushed his arm back up....didn't feel a thing, promise.

FrannyandZooey · 04/07/2008 22:26

I don't know hatrick
on either count
I had better go and do leaning hadn't I

FrannyandZooey · 04/07/2008 22:27

honestly - it wasn't as brutal as it sounds

Ladytophamhatt · 04/07/2008 22:29

God, tahts madcrazymental then.

Hatrick has been PG forever in my head, but you've been PG for 5 minutes.

How can that be?

I bet you love me saying that....I rememebr how bloody annoying it was when it was siad to me.
I hope the labour is super speedy and (relatively) pain free.

I think that cancels out the quick PG insult[groin]

VeniVidiVickiQV · 04/07/2008 22:30

oh a bath always fixed this when DD did it. She seemed to hate the bath and would roll away from the water

DS didnt really do that much at all. He causes me far more discomfort 3 years after his birth than he ever did in utero. I'm sure folk think I'm a battered wife.

HonoriaGlossop · 04/07/2008 22:52

oooooo

pain warranting a go on the birth ball....

on someone's due date.....

ooooo-er!

Sounds exciting!

And painful

Ladytophamhatt · 05/07/2008 07:08

Hatrick, I felt exactly teh same re no4 taking it's toll on my body. I felt like it ages me 20 years.

Funnily enough I have a RL friend who has 3 weeks to go with her 4th and she says the same too.

IME, it means you're going to get a really calm contented baby. Ds4 was.....although he's not an especially easy toddler it has to be said

Any news on franny?
I hope things start to happen soon if it was a false start last night.

xx

FrannyandZooey · 05/07/2008 09:31

nothing to report
a wiggle on the birth ball sorted out the (possible) hand in fanjo situation and there is absolutely nothing happening this morning

sorry ladies

I can't imagine having no 4
this is no 2 and I am 36 and I am just OLD and KNACKERED and OLD and FALLING APART
respect to you multigravidas

any movement on the baby front franny?

FrannyandZooey · 06/07/2008 11:31

nah
nuffink
am going to have world's first internal child I think
it will not actually BE born, I shall raise it within my womb for the rest of my life
am fretting about how it will manage to have viola lessons though

OP posts:
MrsJohnCusack · 06/07/2008 11:56

maybe switch to the piccolo instead
you could pop one up there no problem

good luck to all you v.pregnant ladies

hope none of you have to moan on and on for 2 weeks on here like I did

ButterflyMcQueen · 06/07/2008 11:58

could grate on the old internal organs the old picolo

but hey look on the bright side - wouldn't have to wax your bow
