Hello all,

I have been having this weird pain in my left hand side when I walk for anything more than about 5 minutes ? it feels like a stitch, and is where I used to feel ovulation pains.. As soon as I stop walking, it stops...

Has anyone had this and is it normal??

Thanks very much in advance

My SPD started at week 20 something and was only when I walked (which I did a lot!) Monitor it and if walking aggravates it, get your GP to refer you to an obstetric physio ASAP as you can nip it in the bud if it is SPD. I used to feel it around the groin on the right. Good luck.

Hi,

Im the same as you and have been suffering with the same sort of thing for around 5 weeks. It settles down when i sit down but can really pull when i stand up or walk - can be quite painful and some days are worse than others. I put it down to my muscles stretching etc but it could be SPD. I do find stretching them out can help so it is worth a shot!

Good luck
