Hi All

Thinking of trying it but not sure what the best oil to use is. I bought some vitamin E oil from a health food shop but ended up buying the purest one (it was reduced to just under a fiver!) and it is incredibly thick and certainly not the consistency of olive oil.

Shall I chuck it and stick to a kitchen oil?

thanks!

Hi, It's definitely worth doing according to a lot of my friends who have babies very few tore. - I am doing it (am 33 weeks with my first). You just need basic olive or almond oil butif I was you i would mix a little vit E oil with some olive oil to thin it down and use the mix. which will give you the vit E benefits too.
