Maybe, how long after the test was this taken and if you are pregnant how far along do you think you are?

I was meant to be due on the 11th but didn’t arrive but I also have irregular periods i took test yesterday was negative this is this evening

Isn't it meant to be 2 lines that are there not one? If you did one earlier test yourself again same time tomorrow, it happened to me and the other line got darker over the days it only looks faint atm

I’ve seen lots of people recently get false positives on those types of tests. Get a digital and use it first thing in the morning.

I see two lines but they should be darker at this point - I would keep monitoring as could be something you urgent attention for ie ectopic pregnancy. Good luck x
