FRER vs easy at home line progression

Do I have a bad batch of frer or what's going on?

Frer didn't darken at all from 14 dpo to 16 dpo, however easy at home did beautifully
(I had an early miscarriage in June at 6 weeks, blighted ovum which I knew from the start something isn't right as my tests stayed very very faint for like a week and a half hence why I am so nervous and testing every day...)

Does my easy at home looks ok for 16 dpo? Anyone had the same issue frer faint line but other brands of test strong lines? Seems weird as frer is more sensitive

Ps I know i should stop testing but it's hard after my early loss in June..

I think your line progression on EAH looks great.

I wouldn't worry about the FRER, I see what you mean that the line doesn't look much changed between 14 and 16 dpo, but firstly, these tests aren't designed to show progression they really only give you a yes/no. But if you really want to be picky, the control line on the 16dpo test is lighter, making the result line ratio stronger on that test compared to 14dpo.

You're right you should stop testing but I also know it's hard 😂 did you do another one for 17dpo? I bet it's looking really dark

Thank you for responding 🥹
I don't have anymore FRERs and I don't plan to buy anymore, tested this morning 17dpo with easy @ home and it again is slightly darker then 16dpo.

I just don't understand how a more sensitive test can be so much fainter?! I bought the frers to get a dye stealer and stop my worrying lol

I think I will do a couple more days of testing on easy @ home and try to call it quits..
Still another week and a half until I can get an early scan😭 I don't think I will be calm until I see a baby in there🙏

The easy at home ate surprisingly sensitive - 10miu. The FRER are 6.3. a standard test would be about 20. There's really not a lot between FRER and easy at home - but FRERS have a very thin line, makes them easier to see a line but harder to compare darkness.

If it makes you feel better, mine look similar, the below taken at 10, 11 and 13 DPO

Assuming all goes well, will this baby be your first?

Well I've taken another with a pharmacy 25mui test this morning again much darker then the FRER so I think I will just never use frers anymore 😂

Oh wow yes pretty similar lines we have! Congratulations 🥰
No, this will be my second, my first one will be 3 years old when I'm due. How about you?
