Hi everyone,

I’m almost 9 weeks pregnant. I last had a c section in February of this year (my 3rd c section).

My booking appointment came through on Badger Notes & it’s at the hospital this time, instead of at the local community hub/children’s centre.

Is there any reason this could be? I’m assuming I’ll be classed as very high risk?

Anyone else had 4 sections? & if so what was your experiences?

Thank you.

I’ve only had 3 c-sections and my last one was consultant led as I’m sure I was told the 3rd one is counted as higher risk. Was your 3rd one not classed as higher risk? I had a mix of GP and hospital appointments (they were not concerned with a 3rd section at all but imagine a 4th with such a close age gap would be higher risk).

congratulations on the pregnancy and wishing you a happy healthy pregnancy and birth (3 sections was definitely enough for me 🤣)

I was under consultant led care with my 3rd but most of my appointments, especially the booking was at a community hub. Not the hospital. I may be over thinking it though x
