Can someone get pregnant the day after a 14 week miscarriage?

I wasn’t 14 weeks but both of my successful pregnancies were the first cycle after a m/c. (I had multiple miscarriages).

I also have a friend who m/c at 10 weeks but as it turned out was carrying twins and the other twin survived (they didn’t scan her after the m/c).

What do you mean by the day after? The day after the bleeding starts/stops?

You have to ovulate and release an egg to be fertilised before getting pregnant again.

Sex the night of the miscarriage, 12 hours after the miscarriage.

A miscarriage bleeding tends to last a few days at least not just one event. But regardless it’s very unlikely to get pregnant no. As the previous poster said you need to ovulate to get pregnant. You certainly won’t ovulate the day you have a miscarriage no. If someone bled for a week or two then it could be possible to ovulate very soon after the bleeding finished if hormones are back to normal. But the main day of a miscarriage? No that’s very unlikely.
