Blood

in my third trimester and just noticed a very small amount of blood on loo paper. Unclear whether vaginal of rectal but no further signs of blood. Should I call triage?

I would, I've always been told to call for any bleeding (mine has all been first trimester) - they'd absolutely rather you call and it's nothing.
