Bleeding in pregnancy

Starting around the time my period was due I had brown spotting, this lasted 5 days, on day 5 I took a test and bfp, (4 days ago), 2 days ago I had a light bleed then it stopped, I had a blood test done just after bleeding happened.
Had another light bleeding yesterday and then it stopped, and again this morning a light bleeding but has since stopped again. Tests are still showing strong positives (7 tests now) bloods aren't back and doctor wont investigate until they are.
Am I likely to be miscarrying? The bleeding is intermittent like a small pool of it comes out and then noting again.

So I had this when I was pregnant with my daughter and I bled on and off my whole pregnancy. Its horrible but she was perfectly fine. Ive also had miscarriages in the past and I havent had one that stops and starts. Im praying for you and your wee one hoping itll be ok.

Same - bleeding on and off for the first couple of months. It was terrifying and I was constantly thinking “okay that HAS to be game over . . . “ . . . but DD hung in there!

Still anxiously waiting for blood results and bleeding has started light again.

i have been the same , passed half a palm size clot last week as well. EPU though it was a subchorionic haematoma. It doesn’t necessarily mean a miscarriage but they won’t scan you until you are at least 6 weeks? Unless you have pain on one side but still you can see much at 4-5 weeks. Get in contact with the EPU , they booked me in for a scan at 6 weeks x

My bloods came back today and confirmed pregnancy. Booked in tomorrow for repeat bloods to check whether the levels have progressed and they said they will go from there. I've had cramping on one side but they wont check anything until they see levels.

It could be implantation bleeding. I had it early in my first pregnancy. It was accompanied by really intense cramping, like awful period pains.

I did another digital today and the weeks have gone up since yesterday so that tells me its progressing??

How are you getting on OP ?

I’m in exactly the same boat but am now 7+ weeks. Bleeding has just about stopped. Was the blood red or brown? I also had side cramp. Is EPU looking after you? In my case I was given a scan to locate the pregnancy at 5.5w which thankfully ruled out ectopic and have been booked for one at 7.5w, so very soon, to see if it’s viable. I’m sick as a dog with morning sickness so hoping it’s a good sign … but I really feel for you, the wait and not knowing is horrendous isn’t it! ❤️

Doctor cant get through to EPU so has said she wants to wait until the 30th to scan, but wants to do another blood test this week in the mean time. My levels went from 48 (last monday) to 126 in 3 days so they are rising, but she thinks I'm too early to scan based on bloods. Clearblue went from 1-2 to 2-3 on friday so I must be very early even though my LMP would put me at 6 +1. I must have ovulated later in the month.

Bleeding is still happening (bright red) but doctor isn't concerned, said I wouldn't get signs of an eptopic at this stage anyway but it's freaking me out, it only a little gush then nothing else and it's only after heavy movement.

Praying for you still 🙏 the wait is honestly horrible and everytime I bled id be like thats it this time its not happening even when I was much later on and was bleeding. Its the most horrible head mess of a situation.

I spent the whole day in hospital yesterday in absolute agony with pain on one side. By the time I got seen epu was shut so i'm booked in for a scan today.
Bloods are progressing still, but are low.
They wrote on my discharge noted diagnosis: ectopic pregnancy.
Hopefully scan will show what's going on.
