Please help. I'm 8 weeks, I've felt dreadful up until now. Taking xonvea but I've still felt sick every day. Today is the first day when I haven't felt sick at all and my boobs don't hurt. I have a scan booked in a couple of days but I just feel really anxious. I've already had two miscarriages.

Hi. So sorry it happened to you. I also had several losses. But I also had a successful pregnancy and it was like that many times - symptoms coming and going. Especially after 7 - 8. I wouldn't worry based on that. Good luck with your scan!

Not to worry, I think that could just be your placenta kicking in and stopping you feeling the nausea. You're not supposed to feel awful the whole way through pregnancy , and the early weeks are the worst so it sounds to me like things are working exactly as they should as you move towards the 2nd trimester.

OP good luck with your scan. I'm guessing it should be today. Hope you come back with good news.

All the best for scan and pregnancy!

Remember that pregnancy has phases - changes or lowering in symptoms are normal, not an indication something is wrong.

I was flat-out exhausted from weeks 2-6 of my second pregnancy, for example.
