18 weeks and bump feels smaller?

I am 18 weeks today and felt like my bump changed over the weekend. It feels a lot smaller and lower. This is my second pregnancy but I don’t remember this with my first a few years ago. I’m also not feeling movements yet. I had a midwife appointment last week and they heard baby’s heartbeat so I don’t want to be impulsive but I am worrying.

Have you tried drinking some cold water see if it makes the baby wriggle?

Mine weirdly disappeared for a bit 17-18 weeks and then popped a couple of weeks after! I think things are getting rejigged all the time. But yes I do remember suddenly I looked a lot thinner!
