Girls I'm petrified. I'm 7 weeks pregnant, I had some right side pain last night which was on and off, spoke to NHS 111 who went through everything and reassured me it was fine. It stopped by this morning, about an hour ago I went to the toilet and noticed blood/spotting when I wiped. It was pink not red but I'm panicking now. I've contacted 111 again and waiting on a call back. Any advice? Has anyone had this and been absolutely fine? I never had any spotting or bleeding or anything with my daughter so I'm full on meltdown mode.

I’ve had these go both ways. 1st time I had spotting that had a small bit of pain but not much and it ended in miscarriage. Next pregnancy I had spotting which started with bad pain and DS is now 20 months old. Spotting that time lasted for about 4 weeks and no reason was ever found even with like 3 scans. The main difference between the 2 was with the one that ended in miscarriage my symptoms noticeably decreased and after about 2 days the spotting got heavier and turned into bleeding. With DS it was only ever on wiping and my symptoms continued.

Thank you, it's so scary. At the moment I have no pain and only had pink on wiping. Still waiting to hear back from NHS 111

Thank you. They called me back and told me to just monitor and if it continues or gets worse go to A&E 🤷🏻‍♀️
