Hi OP,

My experience may differ from others. I was classified as borderline APS. Had 3 losses at the time. Because I fell pregnant soon after they said I'd need to retest they prescribed me injections for anti clotting.

I took those injections and it did end up being my quickest pregnancy loss from every one I've had.

With that being said they retested me again post loss and I was classified then of not having APS so perhaps that's why it didn't work for me.

What I've found helpful (pregnant now and it's going well) - is starting aspirin soon as I realize I'm pregnant. It also has anti clotting properties but isn't as intense as the injections.

This is for me though
