Peak CB ovulation tests but negative cheap opks

I had a solid smiley on 5th October in the evening after 6 days of flashing smileys. I used another reader on 6th October in the evening (as I had two) and got another solid smiley. However I have been doing cheap opk strips since 5th October and all of them are quite faint and don’t seem to be getting darker. What is going on 😩

If you started the cheap strips after the 5th Oct you'll have already peaked and your levels will have gone back to normal by now. It can be done and dusted in about five hours.

just found it strange that the I started the cheap OPKs a few times a day since the 5th and they have never detected a peak whereas the clearblue detected the peak that evening and the following evening
