Pregnant again after severe pre-eclampsia, has anyone had it recur?

Hello, so i had my first baby prematurely at 28 weeks after severe pre eclampsia being found at the 25 week appointment, she’s fine now but was a hard journey.

im now pregnant again 5 years later, I’m just wondering if anyone else had it this severe and had it again or not. Obviously I would like to have a as normal pregnancy as possible but I’m starting to panic that I’m going to get it again and end up in hospital again, now having to leave my daughter, and we don’t have family support nearby so ild probably have to go it alone

First pregnancy had pre eclamcia 35 weeks emergency c section second pregnancy had it again 30 weeks but was probably because I was having twins had c section 34 weeks 3rd was fine all the way through.
They tend to give asprin now to prevent it. They also recommend to take aspirin if their own mothers have had pre eclamcia.

Yes mine came back a second time. Put me off having a third. I will say they were extremely on it a second time with my monitoring
