No Line Progression - Help please

I have been pregnant twice this year which were unfortunately chemical pregnancies and I lost them around 5 weeks.

i feel very fortune to be pregnant again but my FRER tests just aren’t getting any darker. I know people say not to go by test lines but it is how I found out I was miscarrying the last two times so they seem fairly reliable for me.

I believe I am 16/17 DPO. Do you think this is something to be worried about? I have also had mild cramping almost every day since my first positive test.

No Line Progression - Help please

Hi. To my eyes, todays looks stronger than the first one. I would take a digital test - that would be the best way to definitively see any progression. The first response, etc, type tests do tend to vary a bit in my experience. Fingers crossed for you!

Thank you so much for responding. It is definitely darker than my first test on Wednesday but I still worry they haven’t darkened any more recently. I also took a digital which said pregnant 1-2 weeks which would be 3-4 weeks but i’m 4 weeks 2 days so still too early to say for sure I guess 😬 I hate all the waiting!

The waiting is hideous! I was exactly the same when newly pregnant (after one miscarriage and 8.5 years of trying!). Test, after test, and it does drive you a bit bonkers. It's been a while since then, but I do seem to remember a lot of variation, even in the same brand. Try to stay calm and just focus on the fact that you do have a positive test. And congratulations! xx

So sorry to hear of your miscarriage and earlier fertility struggles, I have been on the journey two years myself so feel like I have been bonkers for a while now 😅

Thank you so much, you’ve definitely helped put my mind at ease a little xx

It looks like a good line progression to me ! Cramping and feeling like you’re coming on are completely normal. Honestly all tests are different, it’s going to be different concentrations each day in urine. It’s definitely a positive and try take it easy, the wait is really hard, I booked an early scan at 7 weeks and that helped a lot x

Thank you I really appreciate your input, I have everything crossed this is just my anxious brain getting the better of me! I’ll definitely be booking in a scan as soon as I feel like i’ll be able to hear a heartbeat 😅 x
