TMI nipple pain in pregnancy, and other body changes?

can we talk about boobs/nipples and all that shabang in pregnancy please?!
im 18 weeks on saturday and this week my nipples have been on 🔥 super sensitive/sore especially when cold?! but when i’m in the shower absolutely fine.
I bend down or use my arms sometimes and i get a quick shooting pain in my nipples 🫩 has anyone else experienced this?
i find wearing a comfortable bra keeps them in place and less painful.. but didn’t know if this was actually one of the 100 weird pregnancy symptoms! along with a Swelled vagina?!! please tell me i’m not the only one. she’s massive at the minute looks like iv got 3 👄 lips
TMI!!!!

It a wild ride. I ended up seeing the GP with my first because just the bottom half of my areola massively darkened and expanded. Was a very odd look that went back to normal.

both of my areola’s have gone darker and bigger.. also veiny.. oh the joys

Wait until the first postpartum shower! The water hitting them was agony.

And (tmi!) the drop in estrogen postpartum can make your lady bits shrivel up. I'm teeny tiny down there rn which I honestly don't mind because they're usually a bit flappy for my liking!

right now a shower is the only thing soothing them😩 if any air gets to them don’t i know about it 🫣 but yes she’s very swelled 🥴
