Fertility - blood test levels

Hi all, I would love to have another baby and recently had blood test results back showing this may not be possible.

I am 43 and these are my results:
FSH 137 + LH 75.4 + AMH <0.2

I have an internal scan on the 12th October and just so worried they will say my time is up.

Has anyone got pregnant with results like these?

These levels strongly suggest that your ovaries are not responding to your brain's efforts to stimulate ovulation and that they aren't releasing eggs any more. I'm sorry but I don't think it's good news.
