Trying to conceive with endometriosis, how long did it take?

My partner and I are both 29. I have endometriosis, but have been tracking ovulation and hoping for the best. Anyone in the same boat? How long did it take you to conceive? Unfortunately, it looks like I’ve just come on my period so no luck on the first try. Thanks!

I suffered with PCOS and irregular periods for years and then was due to get surgery for endometriosis as well given my symptoms. I just gave birth to my 4th baby recently despite all my challenges. I did find those smiley ovulations tests to be heaven sent as without those I don't think I would of had my babies and pretty much ended up having back to back from my 2nd.

8 years for me. In hindsight, I wish I’d sought fertility treatment at the 18 month mark. I know many women who conceived within 2 years naturally, a couple conceived straight after endometriosis removal surgery.

Give it some time but don’t wait too long would be my advice. Wishing you the best of luck, it isn’t easy emotionally.

I wasn't diagnosed with PCOS and endometriosis until I was 40, but I had DDs who were conceived naturally and easily at age 29 and 33.
