Hi, Just looking for some advice regarding the best progesterone protocol after 3 failed FETs (implantation failure) with 5 day blastocysts. I’m on to my last and final embryo and wondered if 2 Cyclogest pessaries plus a Lubion injection would be better than my previous 3 transfers where I was only taking Cyclogest. Any thoughts or opinions?
Also, my clinic advises taking the pessaries for 4 full days before my transfers. I’ve read that most people take progesterone for 5 full days before a 5 day embryo transfer.
Any advice please will be greatly appreciated. I’m due to start my progesterone on Sunday (as well as Clexane and Prednisolone) so I have time to ask it to change if needed. Thanks!
