I have been diagnosed with overt hypothyroidism in early pregnancy. My TSH was +40 even though I didn't have any typical symptoms. GP didn't seem to think this was particularly high, though my research says otherwise. I started Levothyroxine, which is when I was about 4 weeks pregnant. Am 7 weeks now and I don't have many pregnancy symptoms. I don't have any food aversions/nausea, even though I'm prone to nausea in 'normal life' (motion sickness etc). I'm now worried I may have had a missed miscarriage already. Anyone here who also had high TSH in early pregnancy/initially undetected hypothyroidism (without strong pregnancy symptoms), did you miscarry or had a successful pregnancy? Looking for similar experiences while waiting for my gyn appointment and next blood test. Thanks!
