Burning sensation

I am now 37+6 and since the summer I have had a skin level burning sensation just under my where my bra sits. I try to wear a bra as little as possible which offers some relief but not much and cooling gel also helps for a little while. The pain is terrible know- last night it kept me up for hours and my skin feels unbearable to touch. Anyone else experienced this?

I did not experience this but could it be thrush? I’m just thinking of bra + heat+ sweat. I had thrush in my breasts whilst breastfeeding it was absolutely excruciating. I couldn’t wear a bra for weeks and I felt it deep in my breast tissue too. Thrush can be very painful.
