9dp5dt (14dpo) pregnancy test lines

Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar

we had our first ever frozen embryo transfer last Thursday and have been getting positive lines since Monday (4Dp5dt) I know we’re really early testing and honestly know I understand why people say not to.

We’ve been using Clear Blue pink line early detection tests and they have been getting progressively darker. At 8dpt5dt (13dpo) we got the darkest line yet and we felt so relieved! however we did a test yesterday and it was still positive but was fainter than the day before. I know we should be happy it’s still positive but I’m so scared! I think maybe my urine was more diluted yesterday and that’s the reason

I’m just wondering if there’s anyone who experienced the same

4 days ET is far too early for a positive, HCG wouldn’t be detectable until at least 7 days, due to when adhesion and invasion take place.
Did you possibly flood the tests getting dye bleed in the test indent causing false lines?

The later ones sound more promising, but I’d be wary of false results if you say you saw lines at 4DPT. Maybe do a digital, but dip in a collected sample and don’t go over the end of the plastic cassette to avoid false results.

I followed the instructions of only holding them in the sample for 5 seconds and then reading it after 5 minutes and the lines were very very faint until day 6/7 - did a digital on day 6 too and it came back positive as well

feel like I’m just torturing myself by testing but trying to stay hopeful

Not nessarily true. I think I would have had a positive at 6 possibly 5 days past transfer. It is possible to get positives early.

Try later in the day. Also maybe test every other day if you are going to test.

Try not to worry too much about one test being a little fainter. I’d wait a few days and test again, ideally under the same conditions, as early results can fluctuate. Hopefully the next one will give you a clearer picture. ❤️
