Hi, I wonder if anyone out there has been through what i am going through at the moment. we have been trying for a second baby and last month mc at 5 weeks. the dr didn't really give us any advice on when to try again so we just carried on, but then now 24 days after my last period i am bleeding - heavily - again. i'm not due for my period yet (i am a 32 day cycle normally) and i was convinced i ovulated (i can feel when it happens each month) then a few days later the same symptoms started again, so i am not sure why now i am bleeding. Do you think it could just be an early period? but why the symptoms? or am i just hormonal from the last pg???

Sorry that you've had a mc .

I know that a mc can really mess with your hormones and periods can be all over the place for a while afterwards. This could well be your first post-mc period.

After the ERPC I had for my mmc I bled for 3 wks then had a week off before I got the first post-mc period which lasted for 2 wks (heavily for the first week).

There is a wonderful supportive thread under conception called mc avengers. They are lovely ladies and really helped me after my mc.

I think you are probably unsettled since the MC, it takes a while for periods to go back to normal. Don't speculate about every period that doesn't seem quite right, that way madness lies.

Thank you, I'm sorry that you too had a mc. it's so upsetting, especially as the pg feelings went after my mc then a few weeks later came back again, and i honestly thought i'd ovulated (i can usually feel it each month) so thought i'd been lucky enough to get it right second time round. I
