Physio has recommended me to get a wedge seat cushion thingy? where shall I get one from? recommendations?

I got one from eBay and found it very helpful - especially in the car

is it for back pain? it's also good for OFP - makes your hips higher than your knees

My friend lent me hers which is from mothercare, but to be honest it doesn't make enough of a difference as the ratio should be 6:1. My physio recommended just using a normal pillow (fold it a third in and sit on the fat end). Good luck!
