Faint positive test line after the time window, could I be pregnant?

hi i’m around 12 days DPO (i think averagely) i tested today and after 1 min there was something very faint and after 5 min there was a second pink line faint but i read if you leave it longer than the testing time then it doesn’t count? i’ve been experiencing fatigue and some cramps so it felt like i was starting my period but it was due today and didn’t come! ive included the very faint line photo at 1 min and the one after 8 mins. could it be false? would should i do next this is my first time any help would be amazing

If the line had appeared before the cut off time I'd say pregnant, even if it then got darker afterwards. But it is didn't appear at all until after the time then you'd need to disregard the result.

Sounds like the line appeared before the cut off time? If it appeared in the required time then it’s positive

it was super faint in the 5min window and started to get darker after that
and the cut off was 5 mins

Was that your first morning urine today? If so I would wait two days and test again
