I honestly have no words, went in to hospital yesterday as told I was having my 3rd ectopic, scan on Friday showed nothing in uterus and something on the ovary, they did bloods my hcg only went up by 500 in 48 hours from 4178 to 4679, advised to stay in and will have methotrexate jag or surgery. I had a Scan to check size of ectopic before deciding if it's jag or surgery as methotrexate is only successful if under a certain size ...there it was a tiny 5 week 2 day gestational sac ..with a baby and a heartbeat all in the correct place. I am absolutely shocked, I was told this was definitely an ectopic and they had been preparing me for surgery. Speechless 😶
