26 I beleive. But you may be able to tag annual leave on before it. (or sick leave

No.

I think is (or was) 11 weeks before EDD. I left at 23 weeks though because I took all my accrued annual leave as well as that that I would get during the year of maternity leave on top of the 11 weeks. Knew I wasn't going back so felt the sooner the better.

whatami you also get all your annual leave entitlement for the whole year maternity leave you get, so you could potentially take several weeks holiday before you start.
