Faint line on pregnancy test after an hour, evap or positive?

hello i am 11dpo i think and took test in the afternoon sainsbury’s own brand i saw a little bit faint line after 5minutes but then it disappeared. I checked after an hour and have a faint line? is this evap line or could it be positive?

i am getting acid reflux in my chest which i never get

That's a negative test. Mine looked like that when they had an evap line.

Nobody here knows. Just do another test in the morning
