Light pink spotting at 5 weeks pregnant and feeling anxious TW photo

I’m 5 weeks and 3 days pregnant. Today after going to the toilet I had a lot of discharge and when I looked at the tissue there was a light pink streaking.

I had a missed miscarriage last October and this would be our rainbow. Obviously I don’t have a midwife yet (can’t book until I’m 6 weeks) and have a private scan booked for 7 weeks 2 days.

just looking for some reassurance I guess?

I had this on both my dc. I know it's easy for me to say, but try not to worry.

I wouldn't be worried about that at this point. If you've had sex recently it may have irritated your cervix. Good luck.

I bled lots with my first son and he was fine. Try not to worry I know easier said than done.

Hi I’m 6 weeks and 1 day and 4 days ago I just went through this. Mine was more pink than yours. I was worried sick as I didn’t have this with my first. I paid for a private scan and no sign of bleeding. Just said spotting early can happen aslong as it’s not heavy bright red you are fine. I hope I can give you some reassurance.

I bled up until about 8 weeks on and off (sometimes similar to this, sometimes actual red blood). My daughter is now and a happy and healthy 7 year old.
