Fertility supplements

Hi All, I am looking to start ivf due to having endo and my ovaries and tubes stuck to my rectum. I need to loose about 5kg to get in the bmi range of under 35 ( I’m currently 36.2). While doing that I wanted to maybe start taking some supplements for both myself and my dh so we can somewhat prepare. Has anyone used any over the counter fertility supplements that has been helpful. T.I.A

Good luck with the weight loss, did the clinic say under 35? as nhs funding is 30

they do make your urine go bright yellow but it’s normal just to pre warn you x
