When did you feel movement with an anterior placenta?

I had a private gender scan today. During the scan I was told that I have an anterior placenta. This is my second pregnancy and I had a posterior placenta with my son so all very new to me. I felt my son’s movements from 19 weeks. I’m already finding this time between 12 weeks and 20 week scan hard. I worry daily about when I’ll feel the baby move and kept thinking I’ll feel less anxious about them when they’re moving and know they’re ok. Now feel disheartened because I know I’m likely to feel less movement due to the anterior placenta. I’m currently 17 weeks and haven’t felt any movement yet.

Was wondering when others felt movement with anterior placentas. Especially when they had posterior placentas in a previous pregnancy. And also how the movements felt during pregnancy. Were they softer for the whole of pregnancy or did they eventually get stronger?

DD1 and DD3 both anterior placentas and felt movement 20-22 weeks

DD2 was posterior and felt first movements around 16-18 weeks....so it really does make a difference!

I have an anterior placenta but it’s quite high up, I felt the first flutter around 15 weeks and more intense movements between 20-22. I do find I have to sit quietly and feel for them at times
