Burning pain in my boob :(

I often get a shooting pain down by boob (am 30 wks) which feels much like the let down reflex. I guess it's something to do with colostrom/milk production, but I'm not totally sure.

I got pains from about 15 weeks onwards, and I'm sure your body starts producing colostrom as soon as you are pg.
