Faint test line and pulling cramps, could this be pregnancy?

Tested the last 2 days sometimes think i can see very faint line other times im thinking its in my head? Anyone ever had this? Or any thoughts? Keep having groin cramps not like period like a pulling sensation Periods should have been here by now but no sign
