How to cope with early pregnancy following RPL

I have a history of early pregnancy loss, my last pregnancy was a BO discovered at the 6 week scan. I am now pregnant again, about 5w4d, I don't have my scan for another couple of weeks but I just don't know how to cope? My breasts have started to 'deflate' and feel less tender, which has spun me out.

How can I expect a different outcome when nothing is tangibly different? I went to join the 'Due April 2027' group but I couldn't because everyone's positivity and total belief that this will work was so foreign to me? It's sadly not been my experience and found it quite triggering?

I know I sound so down on it, so I would love to hear from people who have had losses on how they coped with a new pregnancy?
