Has anyone eaten toasted Subway while pregnant and worried about listeria?

has anyone else ate subway whilst pregnant I’ve just had a Philly cheese steak sub in the Uk toasted and now I’m worrying I’m going to contract listeria 🙈 should I avoid moving forward !

no need to worry at all, its not on the NHS avoid list and cooked beef is completely safe. Places like subway tend to have really strict use by dates for their food too.

All the meat at subway is cooked or cured, and then its frozen, so its fine
