3rd baby - did you go overdue ? If you went over with your others?

Coming up to 37 weeks - went 11 days over with my other two pregnancies.

can you tell me if you went over or not compared to your other 2 pregnancies? Not going to lie I’d be happy to give birth next week 🤣🙈

Wow I can’t believe some of you went almost 14 days over!!!!

my last baby was 10lb 6 so the thought of another big baby is making me feel ill hahaha

Did any of you have a sweep and that failed too? Haha I’ve got a sweep booked for next week!

My three were 2 weeks, 10 days and 2 weeks overdue and were all between 9 and 10 & s half pounds 😬

Oh wow! Not holding out much hope at all then for an early arrival! did you attempt any sweeps or anything to move things along xx

@williteverstopraining2024think I tried most of the pineapple, bumpy ride, sex for the first one which didn’t work, but then accepted I was probably someone who had 42 week pregnancies as my mum was exactly the same. I think for two of them I had inductions booked the next day and the worry of that got me going!

My first was 11 days over, my second was 13 days over and my third was 15 days over and I had to argue against an induction (I knew labour would start on its own eventually!).

Best of luck, I remember it so well- it was an anxious time I felt I was just sitting at home waiting and whenever I went out people would say ‘haven’t you had that baby yet?’. My third was also massive but that may have been all the cake I ate whilst I was waiting for him to arrive!

Number 3 was actually less late than her siblings and the first that wasn’t induced. Day 9 post EDD if I recall correctly compared to 12 and 14 days late. Best birth out of the four though- so all the best to you!
