Has anyone had HG in two pregnancies but not a third?

Hi just wondering if anyone’s ever experienced the same currently 5w2d (early days) but with my first 2 pregnancy’s I had serve sickness from the very start right until the end, literally on anti sickness tablets the entire time they said it was HG both times. Fluids, anti sickness through drip etc.. However this pregnancy I’ve no sickness at all I know it’s early but has anyone ever had HG twice and then didn’t the third?

I’d love to know the answer to this too. I had HG in my first pregnancy and severe sickness but more manageable in my second (I took xonvea which helped a lot) and I’ve just had 9DPO positives and now getting ahead of myself and panicking about sickness.

I do know a few people who had no sickness in their first but bad sickness in their second pregnancies but not the other way around!

I had it badly with all 3 pregnancies but it didn’t start until about week 8 with one of them.

I had server HG with my first 2 pregnancies. At times I couldn’t even take a drink of water, without being sick. With both pregnancy I had girls! My third pregnancy, I had none and resulted in the birth of a son!

I had HG in my first two (girl then boy) but not in my third pregnancy which was twins. Third pregnancy was different father though which I’ve heard can make a difference.

I was going to ask if it’s the same dad as apparently (could be rubbish) HG comes from the man. I only have two but had it with both, usually got bad from about 8 weeks. Ondansetron was my best friend once the local GP agreed to it after being in hospital!

I jad HG in my first pregnancy, right up to the day he was born. Second pregnancy, I had HG, it was a missed miscarriage but again I was sick until the day of my surgery. Currently pregnant, I do have HG but it is much better this time and the medication seems to be holding it at bay this time, especially once over 16ish weeks. If I miss my meds, it is hell but I have only done that twice

i still had it in my 3rd - but nowhere near as bad (although the last one was a different sex to the other two)

Ah it’s so hard to know i had it bad first time had a girl, I’d say I was worst second time and was shocked when I had a boy. Don’t know how il survive if it’s worse

Yeah all same dads I had on ondansetron about 11/12 weeks too it took the edge off but was still sick until the very end they took me off it around 34/36 weeks from what I remember as they said I was on it for to long apparently not sure how true that is though!

I had none in pregnancy 1, HG in pregnancy 2 and none in pregnancy 3.

I only have two, but had HG with my first and not my second. During my 2nd pregnancy my sickness was pretty bad in the 1st trimester but not bad enough to medicate, and it went at about 16 weeks whereas with my first I was unwell (despite meds) the whole pregnancy.

I think I took it until about 25 weeks when it eased, before it came back at the end. Wishing you all the luck you don’t have it this time as it’s truly awful isn’t it! Literally thought I was going to die at one point 😂

Ah I got sickness exactly at 6w completely bed bound all weekend this is probably the start of it again .. you do forget how bad it really is don’t know how I’ll cope with a 4 year old and 1.5 year old
