How long did it take for you to ovulate/conceive after coming off depo provera or sayana press?
I took my last injection around 19 weeks ago. After week 12 I had lots of random withdrawal bleeds for around 4 weeks on and off, lots of cramping etc. I know cycles can take a long time to come back to normal.
I am doing LH tests daily to try and begin tracking my cycle. Currently TTC but waiting to see what happens.
29 years old, have a 4 y/o son. Been on Depo for 2 years then Sayana for 6 months.
Any advice would be great.
