A friend of mine is doing a psychoanalysis qualification and as part of it he needs to find a family who are willing to let him "observe" their baby for about an hour a week for a year.
It sounds a bit mental, but it's not --- my sister had someone do this part of their training with her and her newborn and she really ended up enjoying their visits.
He won't really say or do anything in particular while he's there, it won't feel intrusive or judgemental at all.
I'm a mum myself, I've known Adam for 26 years (we met at uni) and he is a good egg and all round green flag kinda guy. I'm not going to post them here but I'd be v happy to send photos of us together (and him with my daughter) over the years and he's more than happy to have discussions/chats with anyone who might feel like they're able to help him out. I've chopped his phone number off this flyer but will happily pass it on to anyone who's genuinely interested in helping out with this.
