Pregnant naturally after years trying and just before IVF appointment

so me and my husband have been trying (not using anything) for 12 years. Only ever had some faint lines but nothing come about.
some of those years with a fertility clinic, i had to lose weight for ivf. 2 failed iui’s and tablets.
we just received the news that our IVF funding got approved, first appointment meant to be tomorrow for ivf and on sunday found out i was 5 weeks pregnant!
how is this possible
im in such shock!
