eight weeks with threatened miscarriage

Starting bleeding only when wiping 9 days ago. Since then I’ve had 2 scans with epu today they called it a threatened miscarriage, baby is growing at the correct rate and measuring 8 weeks. Bleeding is only when using bathroom and worse when I have bowel movement.

And advise or experience of this

I think progesterone pessaries would only be indicated if you have had a previous miscarriage. (That was ny situation).

My friend had bleeding on and off through her pregnancy- it was a worrying thing for her each time but she has a lovely happy healthy little preschooler now
